Happy December

I am SO in the Christmas spirit this year! Here is my tree in all it's glory (I've straightened the angel since this picture was taken which was not an easy feat since the tree is 10 feet tall...LOL).

Merry Christmas

This picture was from a few weeks ago at my florist friend's Christmas open house... there was a pianist, tons of wine and hor'dourves, carriage rides, and lots of shopping! I bought the ribbon and spray vein on this tree and my decorations this year were inspired by this set up (lime green and red)... my tree is up, and while it doesn't look quite as professional as this, it's my best tree ever and can't wait to post pictures of it!

New Moon Slumber Party

I went to see New Moon at midnight last Thursday (along with 3,000 other teeny boppers in the theater when it was released) and Lorelai stayed with her Meemi and Pa! I wish I had a picture of my I HEART Vampires t-shirt... it was a big hit too! LOL!

25-23

We went to our alma mater this weekend to see the Rebels beat LSU! We had a fantastic time watching the game in The Grove! After the game we had an amazing dinner with Keith, Emit, Brian, Matt, and Danny at Old Venice (yay for old friend Matt S. being the best ever and giving us a table right when we walked up), and then a quick visit to Downtown Grill to see old friends!

Merry Christmas... Ole Miss Style

We went through the HoHo line FIVE times. I took Lorelai to see the Ole Miss Santa in the Union, and she LOVED him. I spent most of the game walking back and forth between our tent and HoHo. We sat on the ground for a long time just watching him.

Ole Miss is a magical place little girl, a magical magical place. Even Santa is a Rebel fan.

It was so great to introduce Lorelai to Jason and Lisa! Last time we saw them was at their wedding and I was about 7 months pregnant. Oh, how I wish we were all back living in Oxford together again!
