I really wanted a picture of Lorelai in her gingerbread dress, standing near her fabulous creation.... she wouldn't pose, but this sweet little twirl while holding her dress is a classic move for her... CUTE! She wore this to church last Sunday, and I can never decide what the proper etiquette is for wearing holiday dresses after Christmas is... any one know a hard a fast rule?? Either way, we'll probably continue to break it for the foreseeable future because every year I buy more dressy Christmas dresses than there are Sundays in advent.

1st American Girl Doll

Lorelai got a Bitty Baby from American Girl, and look at those sweet hands on her little round cheeks... she was THRILLED with her new baby doll, and matching jammies for herself!!

Showing Seuss what Uncle Derek and Aunie Angie sent her! We opened the wrapped gifts from each other this morning... the Santa gifts were the only ones we did in the middle of the night when the big man arrived at our house!
