We got an elf!

Her name is Sparkle and she flies her inaugural flight tonight!  I've been eyeballing these fun friends for at least a year but L has always adamantly insisted that she didn't want one. That is until today... when she got in the car after school she was going on about her friends' elves and then her teacher sent an email saying they would be having a photo slide show about what the class elves were up to. God love modern technology, we will be taking a photo each morning of Sparkle's antics and emailing them to kindergarten!  I'm as excited as Lorelai, these are the mom moments I live for. xoxo
