Look how pretty!

Lorelai wanted a snowflake skirt for her elf. So we looked everywhere!  Shopped and shopped and shopped, but it was not in the stores. Then magically, Sparkle showed up wearing one this morning and looking at herself in the mirror, isn't she pretty?!  They must have a store at The North Pole, I bet it's called eBay.

Heaven forbid the elf simply sit on the shelf, so she's sitting just above the mantel on the hanging Merry Christmas sign!

Dear Santa...

Sparkle ate a fudge round!

She delivered Lorelai's letter to Santa and brought Lorelai bak a letter from Santa too!!  I wish I took a close up picture because she actually had chocolate smeared on her face!

The fan ride!

Sparkle attached herself to the fan blade with some floss and some masking tape, and a note was taped to the fan switch telling Lorelai to turn it on and send her on a ride, and also to keep up the good work because she's at the top of Santa's nice list!  I'm also guessing that the elf slide show at school today will be fun because Lorelai's required a video instea of a picture!

Christmas

We're having a big Christmas, with Lorelai being SIX this year she really gets it. The magic, the excitement, the anticipation, the gifts!  Santa's sleigh is bursting at the seams and we can hardly wait!  Less than 10 days until Christmas!! 

Sparkle drank chocolate milk!

Sparkle comes home!

I've wanted to put up "our little tree that could" for a while now. Lucky for me Sparkle did it for us!  I've had this tree since my first year in law school, at my first ever apartment in 2002. I wanted a tree so badly and Rusty dumpster dove for this one for me, I love that it has a story and is so filled with love!  I want to get some ornaments and sparkle pics for it!

Nights 2 and 3

Sparkle was exhausted last night and didn't get into any mischief. She just landed in the planter next to the tree.  Tonight she flew in with a vengeance and made a snow angel out of flour.
