Wild Honey

We hired out the painting of the living room because the vaulted ceilings are 18 feet tall. It really tied everything together and looks FANTASTIC!! It's like living in a whole new cleaner house with the new paint colors!

We had an amazing night out last night with our friends at the West Tennessee Health Care Boys and Girls Club Gala.

Santa Bonanza...

One of my sorority sisters coined the phrase Santa Bonanza on Facebook, and I love it!! Tomorrow we're going to story time with Santa. I think I'll meet my goal of the 12 Santas of 2010!! Having a toddler this time of year is AMAZING, we're both having the time of our lives!!

Here is the color I'm thinking of going with in the dining room, the stencil will be re-applied. It started as Behr Venetian Gold, but that got tweaked by the Home Depot guy to look more like this. I think it's a good blend to go with the kitchen and living room which is getting painted Behr Wild Honey.













Lorelai's room is a beautiful pink, Behr Disney's Fairest Of Them All. It's completed now, and looks fantastic!

Lorelai loved having Snack's baby, Cash, come for a visit this afternoon. It was a great way to spend a rainy Saturday!!

Chandelier

I've wanted to put a chandelier in Lorelai's room forever. Last week at the local flea market my mom and I found this jewel for only $75, and Rusty got the medallion at Lowe's for $26. And, as luck would have it our bff Uncle Keith came through town that day and helped us hang it up... what a deal, and it looks like a million bucks hanging in little L's room... she calls it her princess light, love it!
