my high school reunion post below I attempted to do a toe touch... geeze, it looks a lot sadder than it did 10+ years ago. LOL. Note to self: point the toes.

Reunion

My official 10 year high school reunion is taking place this weekend in Princeton, New Jersey. We went up for the reunion that was planned for Sept. but due to scheduling errors the reunion is actually taking place this weekend, and I can't make it. Play House

I really really think she needs this play house, isn't it adorable?! It has a loft in it, and can be linked to the main house with air conditioning and electricity.

Play Date

We had a play date on Sunday with the new swing set, drunken chicken (chicken grilled over a beer can), Greg, Finch, Paul, Ella, and Connor... it was a blast!

Diamond Jaxx Game

The TN Bar Association did their annual suite party at the Diamond Jaxx Game last night and Lorelai loved meeting Ribbee the mascott and jumping in the bouncers.

It was a miracle...

we actually made it to church on time today... that almost never happens!

She's Got the Spirit

Lorelai loves dancing in the aisles at church, she really gets the Spirit in her and takes off!

Lorelai turns 2 and a half on Tuesday. These videos are impresive, no matter what measuring stick you're using!!

It has arrived...

Our 5th anniversary gift is currently in the process of being assembled. Even though our anniversary isn't for another 2 months we decided to treat ourselves early so we can all begin using our new present. The gift guide suggests wood as one of the options for the 5th anniversary so we got the Highlander Deluxe Cedar Play Set! Rusty, my dad, and Paul have already put in about 6 hours worth of assembly time and I'm hopeful that it will be complete by tonight. We LOVE to have my parents, friends, neigbor, etc. over to grill out so this is a perfect gift for our family and I'm sure it will make the boss happy :)

If you haven't seen my backyard, words can't describe how tiny my yard is and how huge this set is... so it should be interesting as we figure out the placement tonight. The picture doesn't show it really well, but this is a FOUR level tower, with a picnic area underneath!

We WON!!

Falcon Ridge Farm, where we took Lorelai for Easter, had a photo contest for the best Easter picture taken at the farm. I don't know which collage they selected as the winner but it was one of the two that I posted below... it will be on their Facebook page soon, and I'll post a link. The prize was a $50 gift basket, and I can't wait to recieve it.. yippee!!

We would have gone back anyway, but now I'm certain that is where we'll be getting our pumpkins from this year... apparently they do a similarly huge fall event!

Ice Cream Cake

Lorelai LOVES mint ice cream, and really loved this ice cream roll cake (we're pretty close with the man who owns the local Baskin Robbins... we eat there at least weekly... and he made this little guy up to match Lorelai's dress perfectly). However, by the time we cut the cake it was about 4 pm and well past nap time when Lorelai had a full on melt down with giant crocodile tears as we ate her bunny.
