As promised...

I am slowly uploading our Easter pictures!





You would never know that she was a little under the weather in these pictures... she loved all THREE of her Easter baskets, loved her mac-n-cheese, and loved the funny-bunny-hops that her mommy performed through out the day!

Easter Dinner

We had a wonderful Easter meal of beef tenderloin, grilled-shrimp, green beans, mac-n-cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, deviled eggs, and chocolate bunnies for dessert. I set up my tri-pod to get this picture of the all of us at the table... I feel like it belongs in Southern Living! Lorelai couldn't be bothered with the picture and is already munching away on her mac-n-cheese in the photo... love it!

Sick

My poor sweet baby is sick. Sick for the first time, really. The doctor said it's croup but no antibiotics are necessary so we just have to ride this out. It was a long night last night. But, she's doing much better tonight and has been in really good spirits, based on her demeanor it's hard to tell that she's sick. We got a new elephant-shaped humidifier (it's super cute and blows mist out of the trunk) that should give her a nice rest tonight!

Easter Bunny Take 3

Take 2 and Take 3 were separated by a trip to Chuck E. Cheese (yes, we love that place and eat there more often than I admit to the pediatrician). Sweet baby looks a bit terrified, and she had that poor stuffed bunny by the ears, hiding the adorable smocked bunny on her Easter dress... but she is in the picture with the bunny by herself! The bunny and the photographer deserve a raise after all of the effort put into this picture.... Happy Easter!!

Home Again

We had a wonderful long weekend in Ohio with Derek and Angie, and are very greatful for their hospitality and careful planning for a fun filled, jam-packed weekend!


Lorelai was a great traveler, but was very happy to get home to Seuss. This is how Seuss rode home when we picked her up this afternoon!

***We also squeezed in a visit with Ashley in Nashville and had a great time seeing her today too! I wish I had brought my camera and taken a picture of her adorable class!

Ohio State Reformatory

http://www.mrps.org/ We stoped by the Ohio State Reformatory on Sunday afternoon and ended up getting detained my the Mansfield Police when we went down a street that we weren't supposed to...oops. This is where Shawshank Redemption was filmed. NEAT! Oh yeah, and it started to snow that afternoon too!
